Executive Director Gabrielle Lyon will be a panelist at Women in Science Symposium 2010: Building an Identity

Project Exploration continues to raise its profile as a voice in the local and national conversation about science education. Executive Director Gabrielle Lyon will be a panelist at Women in Science Symposium 2010: Building an Identity. Sponsored by the Chicago Council on Science and Technology (C2ST) in partnership with the Association for Women in Science (AWIS) Chicago Chapter, the symposium will allow address the state of women in a rapidly changing science landscape. Lyon will be a panelist for the discussion, “Imagining the Future.”

Lyon has also been named to the President’s Council of Advisors at Harold Washington College in Chicago. The council advises the President on issues pertaining to educational programming, technology, staff development, students and alumni, and community outreach.
